At Ecuaflordirect, we strive to provide you with an exceptional flower buying experience. We want you to be completely satisfied with your order. Please review our returns and refunds policy carefully before making your purchase.

Returns:

Due to the perishable nature of flowers, returns are not accepted.

Refunds:

If there is a problem with the quality of the flowers, such as wilted or damaged flowers, you must contact us within 24 hours of delivery. You will be asked to send us photos of the problem. If the problem is confirmed, a refund will be issued.

Order cancellations are not accepted. If you cancel your order before the delivery date, you will be charged a cancellation fee of 90% of the total order value.

Refund procedure:

Refunds will be processed using the original payment method used for the purchase.

Refund processing time may vary depending on your financial institution.

Client Responsibilities:

 It is the customer's responsibility to provide an accurate and complete delivery address.

It is the customer's responsibility to check the condition of the flowers upon delivery and to report any problems within 24 hours.
